After a long period of preparation for the ISO 9001:2015 certification, finally the Batch 1 composed of Administration Division, Machinery Division, Kobe Division, I & C / C & E Division, and System Engineer-ing Section passed the Stage 2 certification audit con-ducted by TUV – SUD.

October 24 and 25, 2016 marked the memorable date for Batch 1- Stage 2 audit highlighted with suspense and nervy feelings brought about by the positive and negative expectations and scenarios of the audit re-sults. After receiving the audit plan for Stage 2 Audit almost everyone is asking who will be the named 4 auditors who will be assigned to their division/section to conduct the audit as observed during the Stage 1 audit. Since most of the Batch 1 auditees were known to them the identity of the previous auditors during the Batch 1 Stage 1 audit to having their own style of auditing based on their field expertise and experi-enced as quality system auditor. As known to every employee of MTS the stage 2 audit is the most critical, crucial and hardest part of the audit scene for this covers the implementation stage and requires evidences of records for justifications.
